Graduated with a notable mention from the Facultad de Derecho (Law School) and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Facultad de Economía, both at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). He is a specialist in Intellectual Property.
He has served in several institutions, among which are the Second Criminal Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice, the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, the National Center for the Arts and the Secretariat of Culture in Mexico City. He was the director of the Intellectual Property Department for (tv) Channel 22, advisor in the matter of intellectual property of the program “Incubadoras” at both, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and Politécnico Nacional.
He has participated in multiple courses taught by CIDE, Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial, Organización Mundial de la Propiedad Intelectual and the INTERPOL.
Professor of the subjects of Intellectual Property of the Company, Introduction to Intellectual Property, Intellectual Property in the Information Society and Forensic Practice in Intellectual Property at the Graduate Law School at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. National and international lecturer on Philosophy, Intellectual Property and Economics.
